National PKU Alliance (NPKUA)
The National PKU Alliance works to improve the lives of families and individuals associated with PKU through research, support, education and advocacy. The NPKUA was formed in 2008 by parents, grandparents, and individuals across the country just like you. We are the first national non-profit organization to unite adults, families, regional and statewide PKU organizations, the medical community and PKU-friendly businesses to make a difference in the lives of people with PKU.

Association for Glycogen Storage Disease (AGSD)
The Association for Glycogen Storage Disease was established in 1979 in order to create an organization which would be a focus for parents of and individuals with glycogen storage disease (GSD) to communicate, share their successes and concerns, share useful findings, provide support as needed, create an awareness of this condition for the public, to stimulate research in the various forms of glycogen storage diseases and have the results communicated – to the parents, affected individuals and the public – as soon as possible.
